Passed On
In the sudden terror of the fall,
I learned to love God one and all,
I saw a young famillar face,
My love layed there neat in place,
Lying there in the casket without a care,
As I stood over in my own dazed and watery stare,
Holding our child, who'd just entered in this world,
Saying fare thee well to the father of this baby girl,
In seventeen years in my daughter I shall see,
Not myself but my husband Jimalee
