Back and forth I was tossed
my life was such a shambles,
Rough seas and rough winds
have tossed me all around.
My voice was raw and worn
from the constant pleas and cries,
Begging for someone's help
yet never making a sound.
She appeared to me then
calling my name, calming the storm,
Slowing the blowing wind
and calming the rough water.
Her arms hold me safely
keeping away all the darkness,
Inside I have finally calmed
and I am so glad I caught her.
